Unfortunately, there is not a good answer to this as each project has you the customer solely at its center. Everyone has different styles, needs and budgets and so it wildly affects the overall cost of the remodel. Simple choices in finishes such as the color of your countertop can add several hundred dollars. Ultimately, we can give you what we consider to be the average prices of remodels for our customers in our area. Be very wary of pricing you see online as they are often deceptive or outright wrong. MHL uses only quality finishes and materials that will last for years to come. Our goal is to create a lifelong customer.

It is always a good idea to get permits for any remodeling project that requires them in your area. MHL is happy to work with you and the local agencies to obtain all the necessary permits so that you can rest assured that all the essential bases are covered.

We are pleased to help you select whatever quality materials you would like for your remodel. We do not require you to purchase materials or have them at the jobsite. We handle all the legwork once the materials are selected, this helps to keep the job flowing smoothly and efficiently. We handle all the manpower needs or subcontractors if needed on the remodel. We try to make the process as low stress as possible.

Yes, we do. We have products that allow us to remodel your Shower or bathtub area in only 2 days, including tearing out all the old material… not just covering it up. These projects include a new tub or shower valve and trim kit, waterproof backerboard and a completely waterproof surround in many styles and colors. Give us a total of 3-4 days and we can tear out your old tub or shower base, vanity and lighting. Replacing it with all new finishes and painting your walls. A truly new, fully remodeled bathroom in under a work week.
